General Payment Guidelines - All diving gear orders

• Paypal is our preferred method of payment.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Bank Account transfers are accepted.
• Feel free to call our toll free number on the top left of this page for information or to make payment by credit card over the phone.
• All orders must be paid in full before any merchandise will be shipped to the buyer.
• Gift Wrapping is not included, but can be added for an additional fee, contact us for information.
• Wholesale pricing is available to Scuba Diving Businesses in Mexico.  Request price list.

General Freight Guidelines - Domestic Shipments, inside USA

• Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser.
• Shipping is included on shipments over $500.00 usd.
• Orders under $500.00 usd will be charged a flat fee of 5% for shipping.
• Rush Orders are available at additional cost, contact us for information.
• Shipping is not included on Aluminum or Steel Tank orders, you we be required to provide a credit card number to prepay freight charges.
  
• Claims for damages in transit must be filed with the carrier no more than 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
  
• Insurance for shipping can be provided at an extra charge if requested.
  
• All shipments originate in the United States, therefore, all shipments within the United States are considered to be domestic delivery.
• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery of goods inside the USA.

International Freight Procedures

• Shipments to Mexico will be forwarded to an Adauna Brokerage Company in San Diego, California, USA and legally imported to Mexico through Tijuana, Baja California Sur, BC.  Products will be shipped directly from Tijuana to your address in Mexico.  Merchandise will only be available for pick-up in our store in Cabo San Lucas if requested.  An additional charge of 15% IVA will be added to all prices shown for sales to Mexico, and shipping from Tijuana must be prepaid to DHL by credit card number before goods will be forwarded on.  
  
• Shipments to Canada and all other International locations will be handled through a third party freight forwarding service.  After you have placed your order, and we have received payment in full through our on-line payment system.  We will contact the freight forwarding service to arrange all international shipping and customs requirements.  We will send you an invoice through e-mail that itemizes their charges and will be payable by credit card through the paypal system.  If you agree to their terms and make the electronic payment, we will forward all goods to the third party agent and make payment to them in full for services.  If you refuse their charges, we will refund your payment (less a 5% servicing fee; $40.00usd maximum) and cancel your order, with no further obligation to you.  Shipping times will vary, please allow 2 to 6 weeks or more for delivery depending on where you are in the world.
