Endangered Sea:Although the Sea of Cortez is currently rich in a multitude of Sea life the Sea is constantly under the threat of devestation by commercial over-fishing. Gill-netting and International long-liners have almost whiped out populations of the Giant Pacific Manta, Vaquita Dolphin and Totuava. Populations of Porpoises, Common Dolphins, Sea Lions, Hammerhead Sharks and other indigenous species are currently under the same threat. It is estimated that 17 species of Marine life in Baja have declined 60 to 90% in less than 10 years. Shrimp Trawlers tear the bottom of the Ocean by dragging their nets across the Ocean floor. Literally killing up to 10 lbs. of life for every 1 lb. of shrimp they catch. Species such as the Sea Cucumber, Bay Scallop, Sardine, Shrimp, Sea Turtle, Marlin, Grouper, Yellow-Fin Tuna, Yellow-Tail, Sting Ray and several species of Shark are rapidly on their way to the endangered species list. Please respect all Sport Fishing limits while fishing in Baja and never disturb Sea Turtles or their eggs on the coast of Baja California. There are five species of Sea Turtle in Baja California, the Leatherback, Green, Hawksbill, Western Ridley and Loggerhead, all five are on the endangered species list. The Loggerhead migrates 6,500 miles from the Japanese Island of Kyushu to the Sea of Cortez. Please help us protect all the amazing life the Sea of Cortez has to offer for many generations to come. Cabo San Lucas Marine Preserve: Scuba Diving and Snorkeling Tours, Year RoundDiving Trips are held daily at 9am and 1pm. If you are signed up for a PADI scuba diving course please arrive at 8:30am. Diving groups will not exceed 8 passengers per tour. One guide will be provided for every 4 to 6 divers. Snorkelors and ride along passengers are welcome based on available boat space. Blue Adventures does have boats available for groups of up to 25, we ask for a minimum of 72 hours advanced notice for large groups. Bottled water, tanks and weights are provided with every tour.

Cabo San Lucas: Private Scuba Diving and Snorkeling Tours, Year RoundBlue Adventures provides private scuba diving and snorkeling tours for small groups and families of up to 4 people. We will provide you with a new Shamrock 26' center console boat with a private guide, captain, swim deck and head (bathroom) for tours to the Cabo San Lucas Marine Preserve, Chileno Bay and Santa Maria Cove. Private groups meet at our shop on the Marina Cabo San Lucas at 8:30am, advanced reservations are required. Bottled water, box lunches, 2 scuba tanks per passenger if diving and weights are included with every private tour. Ask for our policies regarding free diving and spear fishing.

The Corridor to San Jose del Cabo: Scuba Diving and Snorkeling Tours, Year RoundDiving trips in the Corridor to San Jose include dives in Chileno Bay, Santa Maria Cove and we may stop in the Cabo San Lucas Marine Preserve for the second and third dives if conditions are not optimum in the Corridor. These diving trips are by advanced reservation only and we require a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 certified divers for these tours. Groups meet at the dive shop in Cabo San Lucas at 8:30am. Please note local dives may be substituted if conditions in the Corridor are deemed too rough by the Captain and/or Crew.

Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park: Scuba Diving and Snorkeling Tours, May to DecemberBlue Adventures departs from our store in Cabo San Lucas at 6am for all-day diving excursions to the Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park for groups of 3 divers minimum and 8 divers maximum. We travel in new Chevrolet Suburbans, 15 Passenger vans or a Jeep Liberty for small groups. Hummer H3s are available for groups of 3 to 4. Pick-ups are made at hotels in Cabo San Lucas between 6 and 6:15am, pick-ups in the Corridor before 6:30am and pick-ups in San Jose by 6:45am. We arrive in the village of Cabo Pulmo around 8am and do a 2 tank dive on the living reef. The dives are typically 55' and 35'. The boats return to the beach to rinse gear and lunch is provided at a local restaurant (great fish tacos). We return to Cabo San Lucas by 4pm. Please remember Cabo Pulmo is a National Marine Park, knives and gloves are not allowed. Take only pictures, leave only bubbles!
    Gordo Banks: Full Day Scuba Diving and Sport Fishing Tour, May to DecemberThe Gordo Banks is legendary for stories of schooling Hammerhead Sharks, Giant Pacific Mantas, Whale Sharks and fields of Black Coral at depths of over 120'. Blue Adventures offers the true adventure seeker the opportunity to travel to Gordo Banks in a new, custom built 34' Sport Fishing Boat with a local Captain and a certified, English speaking Dive Master. Our boats are equipped with two fighting chairs, cabin, galley and head. These tours are designed for groups of up to 4 passengers. Travel time to the Banks is one hour and thirty minutes each way at trolling speed. On the way, you can try your hand at Blue Marlin, Dorado, Wahoo and Yellow Fin Tuna. Of course all bill-fish are catch and release and daily catch limits are respected. Local Fishing Licenses, Live-bait, Box Lunches, Bottled Water, 2 Scuba Tanks per person and lead weights are included with every charter. Advanced reservations are required.     Baja California Snorkeling Tours, Year RoundSnorkeling Tours are offered daily from the Marina in Cabo San Lucas at 9am and 1pm for up to 10 passengers. These tours are for 2 to 3 hours and include all rental gear and bottled water. Also, offered are day trips to Cabo Pulmo by Suburban for up to nine passengers or Hummers for up to four passengers. All Cabo Pulmo trips inclue 4 hours of snorkeling in the National Marine Park by boat, lunch on the beach, bottled water, an English speaking guide and all required snorkeling gear.      Cabo San Lucas: Sailing Adventure and Snorkeling Tour, Year RoundBlue Adventures provides sailing charters daily for groups of up to 6 passengers. Additional passengers can be added, up to 10 maximum per boat. Our Sailing tours depart from dock "A" of the Marina Cabo San Lucas. Lunches, Snacks and a Full-Open Bar are provided on all tours. Snorkeling gear is available on-board and wetsuit rental can be provided for an additional $10 fee. All Sail Boat tours are 3 hours and can be extended for as many hours as you wish. Whale watching tours are available in season. A popular choice is a late afternoon cruise for snorkeling, then, a trip out into the Pacific to witness a spectacular sunset.     Cabo San Lucas: Whale Watching Tours, December to AprilWhale Watching Tours are held seasonally through the winter months in Cabo San Lucas. Tours begin as soon as the Gray Whales arrive on their migratory route of over 12,000 miles from the waters off the Alaskan coast to their calving grounds in lagoons in Southern Baja California. In some years, we have seen whales as early as November and as late as the end of April. The high point of the season is typically January through March. We provide private tours on our chaparral sunesta for groups up to 8 passengers, and our 26' Shamrock center consoles for groups up to 5 for five hour tours with snorkeling included. Times are flexible and by reservation only, please contact us in advance to schedule your tour, we can combine whale watching tours with sunset cruises in the late afternoon.
    Cabo San Lucas: Sunset Cruises, Year RoundSunset Cruises are available daily on our Chaparral Sunesta 250 or on-board one of our 28' Sail boats. The new 34' Hunter Sail Boat will be available soon. Bottled water and an English speaking Captain are always provided. The Sailing charters include up-scale catering and a full-open bar. Passengers are welcome to bring along anything they wish as beverages or food on-board the Chaparral. Blue Adventures Refund Policy
Blue Adventures prides itself on personalized service and will never overbook a tour. Therefore, we ask for payment in advance for all services and prefer to work with reservations. However, walk-ins are always welcome if space permits. For online bookings we require 72 advanced notice to guarantee space for clients and do provide internet discount pricing. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more advanced notice will receive 100% refunds. Also, cancellations caused by changes in cruise ship itineraries will receive 100% refunds as long as Blue Adventures is contacted before the time of tour departure. If Blue Adventures is forced to cancel tours due to closure of the Port by the Port Captain due to severe weather conditions all tours will be re-scheduled (100% refunds will be given if rescheduling is impossible in regards to clients pre-arranged travel plans.) Cancellations made with more than 24 hours advance notice will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the tour cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not receive refunds. Blue Adventures will attempt to re-schedule all cancellations to provide service as space is available. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions will be made other those listed above. Thank you for your courtesy and understanding of our policies.
