Jose "Pepe" Augustin Marcet

PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, Daily Dive Guide

Jose, is a licensed Boat Captain in Argentina, Expectant Father and former University Language Professor.  He has served as a diving Instructor in Brazil, Venezuela, El Salvador, Argentina and Mexico.  Jose provides Blue Adventures with a truly International and Professional PADI Scuba Diving Instructor.  He demands perfection from himself, his co-workers and his students.  To learn Scuba from him is to learn from one of Latin America's best!  Scuba diving classes are held daily in Spanish, English and Portuguese.  Italian, German and French are also available by request.

Jose Humberto Lucero Gamez, aka "Shaggy"

PADI Dive Master / Store Manager / Boat Captain

Humberto was born in La Paz, Baja California Sur.  He has been a Dive Master for over 13 years, has logged over 10,000 dives and knows the underwater world of Baja like the back of his hand.  If you are interested in diving Cabo Pulmo, La Paz, Gordo Banks or Cabo San Lucas you will not find a better qualified or more experienced local guide.  Shaggy has lived in Cabo San Lucas for over 10 years, is married and has a beautiful daughter, Nikole.    

Felipe De La Péna Castro

Dive Master / Boat Captain

Felipe is a true descendant of the original "Perico" Indians of Baja, California and has been working on the water since before he can remember.  He spent his childhood literally growing up on what is now Cabo's famous Medano Beach.  Where Whales once beached themselves and the Sea Lions would slumber in the afternoons with the local residents.  The cruise ships, beach bars, boat traffic and hotel developments did away his tranquil childhood paradise, but his love of Cabo has never waivered.  You will not find a Dive Boat Captain in Cabo who knows the waters better, or has a bigger smile!  Felipe is married with four children, his in-laws still occupy one of the last residential homes on the hill over-looking the Bay.  Now literally surrounded by resort hotels and commercial development.

James Theodore Easton, Jr.

PADI Dive Master & Photographer / Corporate Administrator / Web Designer

Born in Cleveland, Ohio and hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, Jimmy, is an American Architect by education and a diver for the thrill of adventure.  He provides Blue Adventures with the competitive edge and discipline required to maintain complicated machinery, and ensure the highest of diving safety standards.  Behind every dive operation is a breathable air compressor, marine engines, endless permits, sales , promotion and paperwork.  Every dive operation needs a qualified engineer and we have one.  Jimmy is a Father and dedicated to the success of Blue Adventures.
